CLEANING SERVICES
Single story. $75
Two story. $150
NO SPANISH TILE ROOFS!!!!
Service includes: blowing out debris, washing inside gutters if needed, flushing downspouts, cleaning up grounds. And letting you know if I see anything wrong with gutters.
SEAMLESS GUTTER INSTALLATION
* $11.00 a foot for composite and wood shake roofs
$12.50 a foot for Spanish tile, metal and concrete roofs
* $100 to $125 per downspout
$175 for two story downspout
* there is also a $1 per foot charge and $10 per downspout charge to haul away old gutter. I am not a licensed contractor but my crew that does the installation is. License #

GUTTER GUARD
* If you have a lot of trees over your gutters and would like gutter guard installed, I will do it for $4.00 a foot for plastic w/ netting or $5.50 a foot for metal w/ netting. That includes materials and labor. NO SPANISH TILE ROOFS.
GUTTER RESTORATION & LEAK REPAIR
* Most leaks come where seams are or from holes caused by rusty metal
* I can fix most leaks
* Don't replace when you can repair
* I can also stop rust and prevent further damage for a lot less then replacement
