There is no limitation on my skillset, i can help with your home / kitchen/ bathroom /garage /deck or Adu granny unit. I repair/ remodel or build from start to finish in any trade/ field.
Carpentry= framing...forms/walls/roofs/floors/sheathing/decks/pergolas/pavilions/fences.
Finish carpentry= Custom cabinetry + furniture builds including high end repairs /trim/crown/baseboard/cabinets/doors/showers/hardware/ floors vinyl + engineered wood etc..
Drywall= drywall install/ waterproofing/ cement board/ tapping/ texture/ smooth finish/ repairs.
Plumbing= repipe or new lines/ cooper or pex/ boilers/ bathrooms/ fixtures/ sewege+ greywater/drain repair/ commercial work.
Electrical= Updating electrical grid/lines/ Car power stations tesla etc/ updating breakers/ repairs lights+switches+fans etc
Tile= mosaic /ceramic/large format etc...floors ,back splashes, walls etc.
Painting= exterior+interior/prep/walls/doors/furniture/trim/ decks/fences/ staining/spray or roll.
Landscape = irrigation/ drip lines/timers/pavers/ tree install or removal/ lawn and plant care.
Stucco=waterproof/prep/wire/ multicoat/ acrylic/ texture/ repairs
Concrete= forms/ layout/grading/foundations/driveways/retaining walls/slabs/driveways/walls/ pillars or post/walkways/icf systems.
Seismic retrofitting = foundation bolts/ shear walls/ bracing + brackets.
Fire and water damage repair= getting rid of mold and remodel.
