I've been with my company for 8 years as a delivery driver. Paying rent on time, in cash, is not a problem.
I smoke so ideally, looking for a private room with private entrance, or something similar where I can smoke.
I have no pets, no gf or bf, so no drama. I eat light and clean up right away, usually while I'm cooking.
I just turned 68, so only focused on working and surviving. I do also collect SS, but it's not enough to retire.
I have a very nice Mustang, so would want parking near by.
