Hello, my name is Chris, and I am looking for a room to rent in a stable home in Santa Clara or the very near surrounding areas. My rent amount is negotiable, and my #1 focus is to be in a clean, stable long-term living situation.

I am a responsible, considerate, conscientious, the rent always paid on time and most importantly, a drama-free person looking forward to contributing to the household in a positive way.
I'm also quiet, very clean, honest, respectful, patient, accepting, flexible, a great listener, I am very respectful of personal space, and I always clean up after myself.
My hobbies including being a fervent sports fan and a music (who doesn't play it loud) aficionado. I don't argue politics or religion, (who needs that?)
I can provide a reference from the past 8 years from my soon to be former residence (the fantastic folks I am living with are moving across the country.) I also do not need a furnished room.
If my background and interests align with what you're looking for in a housemate, I would love to meet and discuss potential living arrangements. I am looking to move in the beginning of January but I am and my current household are open to sooner if need be.
