Full time employee, Mature, Clean record, NO PETS NO drugs (san jose south)

I'm 54, works in Morgan Hill Down Town.
I'm looking for a room around $1000 inclusive.I strongly prefer:
*pet-less place.
*Older person to live with.
*Own bathroom
ABout me:
WILL never invite guests over. I keep to myself all the time (when not working)
This is the 2nd summer goes by; living in 2 different places where the AC does NOT get turned on the entire summer.
In the Winter, I can live with heater set up at 64.
NO cable-TV. needed, I don not watch TV.
Clean Criminal record.
VERY efficient and fast healthy cooking (I work in restaurants for 3+ decades.) NO frying at all.
No Drugs, no alcohol, no pets. I smoke lightly, always outside.
VERY clean/ no junk left around, no mess.
