Candidates must have:
3 to 5 years with armed security experience in a HOA apartment complex environment
Must have at least 3 solid references of performance
Plus own duty belt that includes magazine pouch, flash light, taser is a plus, handcuffs, baton is a plus
After 90 days of employment the candidate shall start receiving performance bonuses on top of their regular hourly wage
Must have black or khaki uniform pants with black boots
Must be able to perform walking patrol duties
Must be able to speak English
Must have good written skills
This position is a bi-weekly schedule Thur., Fri., Sat., Sun., swing shifts
