This class a motorhome is in practically perfect mechanical condition just passed smog with flying colors always serviced on time preventative service as well and also newer tires all the way around everything works generator has low hours. All air conditioning works like brand new heating hot water leveling system. There is not much better you can get if you’re looking for something to travel or live in full-time. This is a very reliable RV.
Here is a few items that have been done
Fiberglass roof resealed front to rear in 2024
Engine and coach battery replaced in 2022
All slide awning covers were replaced in 2023
Main awning replaced in 2022
Full service engine in 2022, including
Flushing of brakes, flushing of radiator
New serpentine belt new idler, pulley
All hoses and belts were also checked and are in perfect condition
Also in 2019 all of the radiator hoses belts, and thermostat
Also in 2022 the factory refrigerator was replaced with another factory refrigerator so that is working like brand new there are thousands of dollars in this RV whoever buys it is going to be very lucky
It has a V 10 gas engine, which is very inexpensive to upkeep unlike the diesel pusher, which is quite more pricier for servicing
