I’ve owned the van for 4 years and have performed the following maintenance and upgrades:
Mechanical:
- Regular oil changes with Motorcraft synthentic
- New battery in 2025
- Replaced Spark plugs and ignition coils and serpentine belt
- Added Hellwig anti roll bar and Bilstein B6 shocks for improved stability and handling
- New tires at 103k and 108k miles
- New front brake pads
- Brake and steering fluid
House:
- New carpet (hallway carpet added on top of original carpet)
- New house A/C
- New house battery
- New grey water tank, pipes, and valves
- New interior water hoses
- New water pump
- New water filter
- All interior lighting replaced with LEDs
- Wired in a solar charge converter (no solar panel installed on the van but you can plug in an external one or install one)
- Removed the stove cabinet and replaced it with a locking storage bin that also extends the (rather small) bed into one that is comfortable for 2 people
- The cabinet and stove are included - you can reinstall if you prefer
