Apartment is located walking distance from downtown Willow Glen which features great restaurants and nightlife and is about a 10 minute bike ride to downtown San Jose, Diridon Caltrain station for easy access to SF and peninsula, and also close to SAP Center. Building has only 15 units and everyone pretty much knows each other. Roommates are mature, working adults, one of which occupies the master bedroom, while you would have to share a bathroom with the other. Full access to kitchen and large furnished living room. We are looking for someone who picks up after themselves while being respectful and pleasant. Rental is month to month and you will be required to sign a lease with the property owners, so a soft credit check is required with a score of 600+ (mainly looking for past evictions). NO CO-SIGNERS or "my mom or grandma pays my rent!" You would also have to show proof of continuous employment.
