The location is quiet and beautiful. It is a couple of miles walk down to the river. The house fully furnished, has a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which the tenant(s) will use exclusively. There is a large front and back yard with a deck.
Looking for the right tenant(s) who will help take care of the property and pets (2 cats, 1 dog) when owners are away.
Expected rent: $1400/month.
Owners plan stay about 50% or less of the time in 3rd bedroom which is the basement room that has a separate entrance to the yard. Owners are a husband and wife who want to keep the pets (especially the cats) there, so are looking for the right fit/person who would be a responsible property/pet care-taker while they are away (thus the reduced price for rent).
