Master bedroom with its own full bath. Full access to kitchen and fridge. Must be willing to help keep the common areas clean. Parking on the street. There are laundry facilities in the building, a small gym and swimming pool in the property. No alcohol, no drugs of any kind, including medicinal/recreational marijuana. Occasional overnight guests for a couple of nights is ok with advance notice. No parties in the apartment.
