My roommate and I are looking for someone to sign a new lease with us for our 3bd/2.5ba townhome. The home is conveniently located near downtown San Jose, Willow Glen, and Campbell. The green VTA line is just a short walk away, and there’s easy access to highways 280 and 880.
Our current roommate is relocating for work, so we’re looking for someone to take her spot on the new lease.
Move-in date: December 1st
Rent: $1,190/month
Utilities: Around $100/month
Amenities: In-unit washer and dryer, heater, garage, backyard, pool, sauna, gym, and plenty of street parking
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate.
About us: We’re both in our early twenties and work in tech. My other roommate is a firmware engineer, and I’m a hardware engineer. We love listening to music, watching shows together, and exploring the outdoors.
We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. We enjoy hanging out but also value quiet time during the week.
