You will share the house with myself and one other tenant, each gentlemen. Bath room is shared by the two of you. HYGIEN is an absolute must. I have a room in the back with separate bath. Yard is beautiful. I like a nice place to come home to.
I am located just 3 miles east of downtown Los Gatos, 1 mile from the city limit. This is a relaxed home. No drama. Mellow. Kitchen is shared by all. You may share my utensils. Prior tenants have enjoyed this home and most have stayed for 2 to 5 years. I am selective and seek a tenant who works well in the mix. Goal is harmony. I prefer a steady working professional.
Certainly, lounging by the pool and catching sunshine after a week of work is a wonderful rejuvenator. Very peaceful environment, inside and out.
Please tell me why you are looking for a new place to call home and status of your current employment. What are your days and hours of work as well as your job title and responsibilitys.
I cover all bills except utilities of we each will contribute monthly.

* The house is furnished. The bedroom is empty. You supply your own bed and dresser, et al. Each room has connection for internet and tv. Most everything else is here, including kitchen utensils.

*A very clean and tidy person. Bathroom hygiene is an absolute must.
*Responsible, reasonable and respectful person.

Pay first month's rent and $800 security deposit prior to move in.
