This spacious hillside house sits on about a half acre of land on the East Hills with gorgeous panoramic views of downtown San Jose, which is located just 15 minutes from us! House is 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom and recently remodeled. Current roommates are 3 male, young professionals. House is fully furnished, has a complete weight lifting set with a Smith machine and up to 450lb’s in weights. We take pride in keeping a clean house so we make sure to delegate chores and rotate regularly.

Room is 12x11ft, has large reach in closet, shared bathroom, and has a queen size bed available.

Utilities (WiFi, electricity, trash) not included
Non-smoking inside
