Hello, my name is Andrew, and I'm interested in finding a room in South Bay. My move in date would be February 1st because that's when my lease is up. My budget is between $800-1000. What Im looking for is a decent sized room that will fit a queen-size bed, dresser, and desk. Because I can not afford to eat out very often, I also need kitchen privileges so I can cook. If you have a garden, I can help with planting veggies and herbs and taking care of them. Im currently working as an independent contractor through app work/actively applying for full time positions and am involved with stock trading so I have no issues paying rent on time. A little about myself: I like to spend my free time gaming, working on cars, gardening, reading, hiking, kayaking, camping, disc golf, traveling and just enjoying the outdoors. Im a friendly and social guy who my friends would refer to me as easygoing and a really nice guy who enjoys being around people. If I sound like a good fit, please let me know.
