There is also a living room with working fireplace, dining area for 4 that can expand to seat 8, sun room, and fully-equipped kitchen with bar.
We're an easy drive to Flex, Cisco, Tesla, Paypal and many many others; 9 minutes to Milpitas BART, and 12 minutes to Warm Springs BART. Street parking is no problem. Great, quiet neighborhood.
Hiking, golf, horseback riding, and parasailing in the Milpitas hills just 5 minutes away. There are also tennis and pickleball courts at the park a short walk away, a world class table tennis facility a mile away, and outstanding recreation facilities in town.
About us: Two current residents, one working in the social/environmental impact space and one attending school. Both of us are out of town mid-July to mid-August so you'll have the place to yourself for the summer.
We have a well-behaved and clean Aussiedoodle, 2 years old. He is sweet, smart/easily trained, and playful, and hypoallergenic/almost no shedding. Play with him anytime or ignore him, we do the work – best of both worlds!
