Current housemates: professionals. Engineers. Mostly uses the house to sleep. House is very quiet since people don't bring guests over.
I am renting out a 500 sqft studio like master bedroom in a 12 year old house. It has a giant walk in closet, like a small room, approx 60 sqft on its own. I am looking for someone who is clean and responsible. Light cooking and cleans after themselves.
About your room:
- 500 sqft
- 3 Months minimum and then lease until August, and then month to month lease after.
- private bathroom (en-suite)
- walk in large closet
- can be furnished or unfurnished
Parking: There is street parking (always available), and driveway parking (first come first serve)
Util: $50 flat.
Great location:
We are within 15 min drive to mountain view, sunnyvale, palo alto (18 min). 3 min from Target, 10 min from wholefoods and safeway.
Looking for someone who is quiet, no drugs, no smoking, no pets, no parties. If you are interested, please provide the following info:
1. What is your job, linkedin preferred
2. how long are you planning to live here? what is your. ideal move in date?
3. No overnight guests (except holidays), are you ok with that?
4. how often do you cook?
5 Is furnished ok? I can move away everything if you like except the bed. It's too heavy for me. It's a queen size bed.
6. What are your hours like (in office/work from home)? Any phone calls after 10pm?
