I booked a trip last night for 11 am today. When I investigated changing the time to 11:15 am, the price had risen by $10, so I undid the changes. A few minutes later, I got an update saying the driver was delayed and would arrive at 11:15 am, then 11:18 am. A few minutes after that, got a notification saying Uber was looking for another driver. A few minutes after that, the trip was cancelled with no notification - I checked the app when I hadn't had an update about a new driver.
So now I'm stuck here with no pickup available before noon and all prices $45 and higher. F--- you, Uber.
