Customer Service Coach & Consultant to Motivate Team & Grow Your Biz! (Silicon Valley)

My name is Robin, and I am a hard-working personable professional. I come with extensive office operations, customer service and vendor relation skills and executive support background. My career has been primarily that of an Admin Assistant, Office Manager & Executive Assistant throughout various industries in Silicon Valley. I have an entrepreneurial mindset, so I created my own little business during the recession whereby I supported small businesses and busy families/individuals as a Professional Organizer, Virtual Assistant and Independent Contractor/Consultant meeting the needs of the community and helping business owners during tough times.

I eat, drink & breathe customer service & client relations. From early on I worked with customers in retail operations in sales & service and the food and beverage industry. Later, I became a store manager overseeing 6-8 employees and training them on best practices. I've also worked very busy front-desks, engaged with customers on calls and written correspondence, while taking time to learn what needs they have so I can meet them to the best of my ability. I have compassion & empathy, patience & am able to practice creative problem-solving in any given situation. I'm grace-under-fire when it comes to dealing with “difficult customers” and have ways to bring about calmness and resolution in tough moments. My heart of compassion for helping others has had me volunteering in the roles of Retail Consultant, Job Coach and going to become certified to be a Family Life Coach!

I thrive on being given high responsibility to care for businesses or individuals in need of my proactive professionalism & forward-thinking with confidentiality & high integrity. All that I do is handled with strong attention to detail, focusing on priorities and multitasking at every turn. I am an encourager, and my passion is to make a difference in the lives of others! My last assignment just ended, so I'm currently available to interview and start my next opportunity immediately. My desire is to grow teams, lead by example, and help bring back what "true" customer service should look like in a system turning fully automatic!
