In good condition. Paint is a little faded and spots of rust here and there. Fits a 2" receiver and folds up out of the way so it's not sticking off the back of your vehicle when not in use. I used this to haul firewood when I went camping, worked great!

Approx size is 60" x 25" x 6"

Don't waste your money on the Harbor Freight junk. This unit is much better. Compare, you'll see.
