Hello — I’m looking for a safe, legal place to temporarily park a 30’ travel trailer (toy-hauler) for a few days up to a few weeks (possibly a month).
**About me / setup**
- Single adult, quiet, respectful, non-smoker
- Fully self-contained trailer (solar power, battery, propane)
- No hookups required
- No pets, no parties, no visitors
- I keep a low profile and leave places better than I found them
**What I’m looking for**
- Private property, rural land, driveway, side yard, or business lot
- Somewhere I can stay put without daily moving
- Reasonable cell signal (for interviews / remote work)
- I can move if needed, but frequent relocation isn’t feasible
**Location**
- Prefer near Milpitas / South Bay; open to anywhere along the route toward San Clemente (Orange County)
- Flexible on exact location for the right situation
**Cost**
- I’m between projects right now, so free or low-cost preferred
- Happy to help with light work, cleanup, property watching, or trade skills
