This is my Cannondale Quick 3, which when I originally bought it it was a hyrbrid. I modified it and turned it into a road bike, which includes a full shimano Tiagra shifting system

It has been sitting around for a couple years not doing anything, so it probably could use a good cleaning and tune. The rear brakes are loose do those definitely need a tune.

Theirs some scratches on the shifters due to falls I've had over the years
