For sale is a professional-quality Panasonic Lumix brand camera body. This is model number DC-G9. This is the original Version or Mark I. This is NOT the updated, more recent Version or Mark II. This camera body is part of the larger Micro-Four-Third (MFT, M43) mirrorless camera ecosystem. Complete technical details are listed below.

This G9 camera body is Panasonic's 9th generation flagship still-photo camera body that takes very high quality 20 megapixel still images and 4K videos (at 30p/24p 4:2:2 with 10-bit internal recording).

This camera body was purchased in early 2023 as a second, backup body for my other G9. Because it was a backup body, it was used very infrequently, mainly when I needed simultaneous videos and still photos. The shutter count is less than 500. See picture 20 as confirmation. Most of these mechanical shutter shoots were taken during a single graduation ceremony. Given it's extremely limited usage, it's in near mint functional and cosmetic condition. There is nothing wrong with it. See Pictures 5 to 19 as confirmation of it's cosmetic condition.

As part of the purchase, you'll get the following items which all came with the camera when new: camera body, body cap, battery charger (charger, cable, adapter), USB cable, original camera strap, product manual, and cardboard box. The battery is a compatible, high-quality third-party replacement that was purchased just a few months ago. Please note that no compatible lenses are included in the purchase. But you can use this camera body with any compatible MFT lens from Panasonic Lumix, Panasonic Leica, Olympus, OM Systems, and Blackmagic.

I recently upgraded both of my camera bodies to the Mark II version of the G9, which came out last year. Since I no longer need my older G9, I am selling it.

You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport. Or I would be happy to deliver it to you, if I happen to travel out in your direction.
