The price for one tripod is $60. The price for both tripods is $120. These prices are firm and non-negotiable. Please don't ask for a discount or make an offer.

For sale is a new, never used tripod. This is a Geekoto brand. This is from their Pro series of tripods, model number AT24Pro.

I actually have two (2) of these tripods that are completely identical. One has the original cardboard box. One is missing the cardboard box.

Here are some technical details of this tripod: The tripod includes a standard set of tripods legs, a compatible ball-head, and three sets of compatible quick release (QR) plates. Also included is the original polyester fabric storage and carry bag.

Most portions of the tripod are composed of robust, but lightweight aluminum alloy. The entire tripod weighs just 3.8 pounds. But it's maximum load capacity is nearly 18 pounds!

Each leg has four (4) leg sections that extend using standard flip locks. Each leg terminates in rubber feet. Each leg can be independently angled at various degrees to allow for use on non-flat terrain. There are positive notches at 20 degrees, 50 degrees, and 80 degrees. At the top of the legs lies a standard center column that has two (2) sections that also extend using standard flip locks. The center column can be removed and inverted (i.e. installed upside down) for ground-level photography. At the bottom of the center column is spring-loaded retractable weight hook to stabilize the tripod.

At the top of the center column is a compatible ball-head with a 36mm ball that rotates a full 360 degrees. The ball has it's own locking knob. The ball-head has a notch that completely pivots the ball by 90 degrees to allow for portrait shooting. The base of the ball-head can rotate 360 degrees for panoramic photography. This rotation function has it's own locking knob, separate from the ball locking mechanism.

At the top of the ball-head is a standard Arca-type clamp that opens and closes using a standard rotating knob. Included are three (3) sets of compatible quick release (QR) plates that attach to your camera gear and that get locked into the clamp. One QR plate is the original Geekoto branded one. Two of the QR plates are SmallRig brand, model number CH10. The SmallRig plates are superior to the original Geekoto brand one.

When used as a single system, this tripod is extremely versatile. When fully collapsed for storage and transportation, it measures just 18 inches long. It's minimum height when in use is 23". Since the center column can be inverted, it's possible to take near ground-level photos. With the center column completely raised, the maximum height of the tripod is nearly 78".

It's possible to remove one of the legs and attach it to the removable center column to create a monopod. In the monopod state, the maximum height nearly 82". The minimum height of the monopod is about 36".

Both tripods were purchased at the same time for a graduation ceremony. But neither tripod was used. Both should be considered new and never used.

You'll get everything that originally came with it when new. Only one has the original cardboard box. The other tripod is missing the original cardboard box.

As mentioned above, you'll also get two extra QR plates as part of each tripod purchase.

You can pick up from my house near the San Jose Airport. Or I would be happy to deliver it to you, if I happen to travel out in your direction.

I prefer that you reach out via text message. Sending an initial email message is OK. But arranging pickup solely using email is not a feasible option for me. Eventually, you'll have to text me to arrange a specific pickup or delivery time. Thanks.
