Two adult female Madagascar giant day geckos, originally purchased as babies from the East Bay Vivarium in 2020. Looking for someone with reptile experience: these guys need light, heat, and humidity, and are NOT good for handling (will drop tails and lose skin if grabbed). They're more like fish: pretty to watch, not touch. Currently eating Repashy CGD and live crickets.
One has many smaller red spots, and is bolder (most of the photos are of her). The other (who really didn't want her picture taken today, sorry for dim lighting) has larger spots, plus stripes on the tail, and has a sort of droop on one side of her throat; she's had it for a few years and it hasn't worsened or improved, and she otherwise seems entirely healthy.
No cage or equipment provided (my stuff is old, you don't want it). Please tell me about your experience with keeping reptiles and demonstrate that you will have an appropriate set-up for them. I'm rehoming them because I no longer have time to take the best care of them; I'm looking for someone who does.
