Looking for a peaceful, professional space to grow your healing practice? Our cozy, well-designed 800 sq. ft. clinic has four treatment rooms created for comfort, relaxation, and the best possible client experience.
📍 Location: Conveniently situated near 280 & Saratoga with plenty of free parking, making it easy for both you and your clients.
We have private treatment rooms available—perfect for acupuncturists, chiropractors, estheticians, naturopaths, therapists, and other wellness professionals. The space includes a welcoming reception area with front desk support to help greet clients and process payments. The ambiance is warm and serene, with natural light, a calming water feature, soft music, and excellent Feng Shui. Each room is equipped with an air purifier, ensuring a fresh and clean environment. Plus, with security cameras and a daily cleaning service, you’ll have peace of mind and a well-maintained space.
Rental Details:
We offer part-time room rentals at an affordable rate. Available hours are:
- Wednesdays: 8 AM – 8 PM
- Saturday, Sunday & ; Monday: 8 AM – 8 PM
*Friday 2:00 to 8:00 may be available if needed
You can rent one room for $600 (4 days per month) or take two rooms for $1050* (does not apply to Room 2). The rental includes a fully furnished space with a waiting room and a sink within the suite.
We offer flexible rental options to suit your needs, whether you're looking for a month-to-month lease or a longer-term commitment. This allows you to grow your practice at your own pace without the pressure of a long-term contract. If you prefer stability, we’re happy to discuss extended lease agreements that provide added security and consistency. Let us know what works best for you!
