Company located in the San Jose / The Alameda area is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable & HR Lead. This role is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Weekend overtime is often available but not required.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and can balance HR coordination, accounting support, and clear communication with both field staff and management.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process accounts payable.
Serve as lead HR contact for all employees.
Process weekly payroll, collect employee hours, and maintain employee records and annual tax documentation.
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system professionally.
Reconcile five (5) company credit card accounts and one (1) checking account monthly.
Manage account collections and follow up on past-due invoicing.
Maintain organized internal systems and support field operations when needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Prior HR experience, including onboarding and payroll processing.
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Reliable, professional, and positive work attitude.
Ability to start November 10, 2025.
Compensation:
$38.00 – $50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
