Property management firm located in Campbell specializing in providing professional management to community associations seeking permanent Full -Time Client Services Representative. This position is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day available immediately.
Description:
• Answering phones and resolving issues for all clients and vendors in a professional and kind manner.
• Responsible for providing complete and accurate information and service to customers.
• Issue work orders and other necessary documentation as needed.
• Provide any assistance and support to Property Managers and staff that is needed.
• Close coordination is required with the association manager and vendors regarding status and completion of various jobs.
Required Skills/Experience/Education:
• Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team setting managing multiple changing priorities.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Must be able to handle a high volume and fast paced environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Must maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (or other email software) required.
