We are a busy and established Commercial Construction Plumbing Company with an open office environment. We are seeking a qualified candidate with a fun/friendly attitude, construction experience a plus, that will thrive in our successful team.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for working with the Office Manger and Accounting Manager to effectively maintain smooth office operations and accounting operations. This position allows one to: work independently and as a group, exercise discretion, learn and grow within the company.
Typical duties/daily activities to include:
• Assist with Accounting responsibilities
• Assist with office operations, back up Office Manager and Project Managers
• Proposals, Change Orders, Contracts, Insurance Certificates, Close Out Packages
• Work directly with General Contractors
• Assist with Field Operations as needed i.e. bid requests, jobwalks, drawings
Required Personal Skills:
• Professionalism in dealing with Clients, Co-Workers and Vendors
• Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute completion of tasks with quality
• Preparedness to handle a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Experience:
• Background in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, Quickbooks
Benefits & Pay:
The company pays medical & dental for employees after 60 days of employment.
8 paid holidays
1 week of vacation
1 week of sick pay after 90 days of employment.
Pay depends on experience.
Hours: Full-time Monday through Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm
