Lead Guitarist Needed ASAP - San Jose Reggae/Ska/Rock/Metal (san jose east)

ABOUT US:
- Three 30-year-old dudes who blend ska, reggae, rock, and metal (there were four of us, hence this ad...)
- Gigging for about a year and a half, usually once a month
- 8 original tracks recorded (3 released)
- Live sets run 30-60 minutes (mostly originals, sometimes with a few covers)
- Rehearse every Sunday evening for 2 hours, plus Thursdays before shows when needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A LEAD GUITARIST:
- Local to San Jose or close enough for regular practice
- Reliable transportation and your own gear
- Solid lead chops across reggae, ska, rock, and heavy parts
- Brings energy on stage (it’s a show, not a recital)
- Is a team player (no rockstar personalities, egos, or drama)
- Backup vocals (not required)
- Basic keyboard skills (not required)
- Band/live experience (not required)
WHAT WE OFFER:
