I have a fully-furnished room for bands and individuals to rent for a month-at-a-time. $100 per month for four hours once a week on a select day and time. See below. The room has three tube amps, Fender, Vox, and Marshall. Full acoustic drum kit with Zyldjian cymbals. Roland Juno keyboard with Roland amp. MarkBass amp. Shure Beta 87 condenser mics. QSC TOuchMix 32-track recording mixer. Apple MacBook with DAWs.
