- Old but rarely used, played at most once or twice in the last 8 years. Has been sitting in the living room as a decorative piece ever since. A little dusty at the moment, but I will wipe it off and clean it prior to pickup.
- condition is excellent, no prominent scratches or peeling. Theres a layer on the K on the Kawai logo that has peeled off, but theres a gold layer underneath so its not very noticeable.
- Since the piano has barely been used and has been sitting for a long time, it may need to be tuned to produce maximum results. But, from what I can tell, the notes are not noticeably off tune, and sound fine as is.

- the piano seat (can be opened to store some music notes/other things)

- if you want them, a stack of old music score books for children learning to play.
