Pedal only, no box or adapter. I will include a carbon-zinc battery with the pedal, though.
Please note: These pedals were made to run on either a Boss ACA 12V adapter, daisy chain on pedal board or a 9V battery. Do NOT use a simple wall-wart 9V adapter or a non-Boss 12V adapter, as you could either under- or over-power the unit and ruin it.
