Used standard MIDI cable - NOT USB. Comes with power supply, but no audio source or MIDI cable. YOU WILL NEED SOME SORT OF SOUND MODULE/SYNTHESIZER TO UTILIZE THIS CONTROLLER - IT HAS NO INTERAL SOUND ENGINE. I used it with a couple different Alesis "brains" and it worked flawlessly.

I also have an ATA Road Case that it fits in for an additional $80. It's not a 'precision fit' case for this particular gear, but it does fit safely inside. Case has a sticker or two and my name painted on it which is why I'd let it go cheap...
