• Performs set up and efficient operation of CNC Haas milling machines.
• Loads, and validates part programs for optimal production.
• Performs First Article inspection
• Inspects and measures machined parts with general measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and other gages.
• Other duties such as deburring and some cleaning.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Necessary to Successfully Perform this Position:
• Ability to perform light program editing and tool offsets using Haas controls
• Ability to read/ interpret blueprints
Prior Experience Desired:
• 3+ years experience in machine shop industrial environment
• Haas control programming and editing a plus
• Being ontime and reliable
