We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Marketing and Sales Department in achieving company sales objectives. This role plays a critical part in coordinating sales activities, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing comprehensive administrative and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Marketing teams in achieving sales targets through effective coordination, communication, and follow-up.
- Assist Sales Representatives and senior management with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable by handling inquiries, providing updates, coordinating delivery schedules, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Process and manage customer orders received via phone or email, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product specifications, and delivery requirements.
- Prepare and issue sales quotations and sales orders, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders, marketing initiatives, and customer deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and organized sales records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, including coordination, tracking, and follow-up.
- Address customer concerns by identifying issues, determining root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, account activity, and communications in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to take initiative, multitask, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to learn company products, industry trends, and best practices.
Pay: $24+ /hr DOE
