Job Description:
We are looking for a "temporary" candidate with hands-on experience in manual programming and operation on a (2008) GE Fanuc Series 0i-MC CNC Controls, This position involves teaching and guiding one of our team members to create simple, effective in manual CNC programs. The machine performs single operations, drilling, one hole at a time(no tooling changes), using X, Y, and Z (Z is only the depth of the drill, table only has X-Y), We will fill you in on the rest of the operations of the machine, if this is something you have experience with, please reach out to us if interested by email. Responsibilities:
-Program the older GE Fanuc 0i-MC control system.
-Provide training and demonstrations on programming simple drilling operations.
-Assist in setting up the machine and defining drilling coordinates.
-Support troubleshooting and optimization of CNC programs.
-Work closely with our team to understand machine capabilities and customize instruction.
-Solid understanding of G-code/M-codes and CNC drilling operations.
-Ability to teach and communicate programming concepts clearly. (English or Spanish)
-Detail-oriented and safety-conscious approach.
Compensation:
-Compensation is negotiable and will be discussed prior to any work being performed as this would be a temporary gig.
