The Mechanical Assembler performs intermediate mechanical assembly tasks. This role requires previous experience assembling components.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interpret assembly drawings and documentation
Assemble mechanical subassemblies with PCBAs and wire harnesses into enclosures.
Apply torque specifications correctly using calibrated tools.
Conduct in-process checks for proper hardware installation and alignment.
Support troubleshooting and rework of minor mechanical issues.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
Communicates regularly with Manufacturing Engineers and Quality Technicians.
Provides feedback on work instruction clarity and improvement opportunities.
Works closely with team members to ensure production deadlines are met.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
· Proficiency in reading English technical documents and communicating in verbal/written form.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
· Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical instructions.
· Use of torque drivers, calipers, and ESD-compliant tools.
