Busy machine shop seeking "Superstar" Supervisor to oversee lathe, mill and departments. Candidates should have at least 8 years or more experience managing a machine shop. Must have extensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques for complex and close tolerance parts for a variety of industries. Great communication skills and ability to maintain a positive environment required. We are looking for an individual who thrives on challenging work and enjoys training others.
Experience in an ISO 9001 work environment helpful.
