We currently have an opening for a Marketing Assistant (Full time)

Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday

Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Provide principal support to the Marketing and Sales team.

Must maintain a well-groomed, professional business appearance at all times while on duty.

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for tracking data and documents, resident orientation, team communication, social media, scheduling calls, event planning, touring prospective residents, appointments, and assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
2-5 years sales experience working in a Senior or Assisted Living community, hospitality, or real estate.Direct experience in Sales and Marketing.Ability to travel and provide outreach in bay area.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office suite, Sales Force/RHS and databases.
Strong written communication skills.Good phone and public relation skills.
