Successful Los Gatos Realtor seeking an organized, computer savvy employee.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities. Successful candidates will also have strong writing, presentation, and networking skills. Computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), internet, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.). Highly motivated with strong organizational and communication skills; detail oriented and high efficiency with managing data.
Updating tour factory, organizing open houses and broker tours. Keeping Multiple Listing Service (MLS) up to date. Working with our in-house marketing department to prepare ads for Newspapers. Obtaining and posting Yelp reviews from satisfied clients. Updating digital Property Blasts, managing of client data base and updating existing contacts. Plan, organize and implement online social media activities. Create and publish daily and/or weekly material for all official social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, instagram and YouTube.) Create marketing materials, including digital content and updating our website. Job duties can vary, depending upon eliminating or adding marketing products.
This is a part-time position, 15 to 20 hours per week. Starting wage is $18.00 per hour
