In addition to our Dumpster Rental option, Full Service Junk Removal and Dumpster Loading is also available (We load all the items for you) Just let us know what you want and we will make it happen.

Bad Access / If items are not within 20/30 feet and require a long access path to remove we will add a $50-100 fee per 10 cubic yards.Heavy Items Loading Fee / If items are very heavy and require more than 2 men to lift (or require equipment) we will add an additional fee. Construction Debris / If you have Construction Debris to be loaded we will add a $50-100 fee per 10 cubic yards (depending on material) Weight Restrictions / 2000LBS per 10 Cubic Yards is included in the pricing, if you go over weight overages are billed at $190/Ton.
No Hazardous Waste Paint, Propane, Oil, Flammable, Appliances with Freon (Fridge) No excessive E-Waste (TVs / Computers) etc. in Dumpster. Limit .5 Cubic Yards of Heavy Material like Dirt, Roofing, Concrete, or Rocks, per 10 cubic yards. Unless Otherwise Approved.Â
For Real Estate Agents and Contractors who need to dispose of hazardous materials (such as the items listed above) we offer special rates because disposal must be conducted according to EPA standards. Items need to be recovered, transported safely, and dropped off at an approved facility. Hazardous material disposal starts at $15/1gallon worth of hazardous material, liquids or solids.Â
