We are looking for reliable, experienced tradespeople for ongoing contract-based work.
This is per-job / per-contract pay, not hourly. Pay will be based on the scope of each project, experience, and quality of work.
Trades Needed
We are hiring experienced workers in all trades, including:
Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, framing, concrete, masonry, landscaping, remodeling, handyman work, and general construction.
Requirements
Must have:
Experience in your trade
Your own tools
Reliable transportation
Ability to show up on time
Good communication
Professional attitude
Ability to complete work properly and safely
Licensed trades must have proper licensing where required. Insurance is a plus.
Type of Work
Work may include repairs, remodels, installations, punch-list work, maintenance, construction projects, and other trade-related jobs.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work and can handle jobs from start to finish when needed.
Pay
Paid per job / per contract. Pricing will be discussed before each job begins.
