Superior Skilled Trades is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers for immediate openings. This role supports various phases of construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties. Candidates must be able to work long shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas
Load and unload construction materials and equipment
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
Support skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed
Follow all job site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (4:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
OSHA 10 certification is required
