Duties:
1. Manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
2. Communicate daily with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and office teams.
3. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and inspections.
4. Attend city inspections and clearly understand what inspectors require.
5. Read and understand plans, architectural drawings, and structural details. 6. Handle change orders and client update. 7. Collect and manage project payments.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years experience managing residential construction projects.
2. Experience in managing home remodeling and residential construction projects from start to finish.
3. Fluent in English & Spanish.
4. Strong network of subcontractors and construction industry contacts.
5. Skilled in scheduling coordination, and project oversight.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 7. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. 8. Hands-on construction knowledge and ability to perform basic field work when needed. 9. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation: $7,000-$8,000 per month depending on experience plus bonuses.
