REQUIREMENT :
1) High level English communication skill
2) Experience in high end residential construction
3) Minimum 5 years supervision experience
4) Detail oriented
5) Organized
6) Reliable transportation
7) Valid driver license
ROLES:
1) Arrangement between subcontractors
2) assisting the general contractor with details
3) arranging inspections with city and office
4) communication with home owners
5) quality control
6) check the projects on daily basis
