**Schedule:** 1 day per week • 8-hour shift (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Balakrishnan Real Estate Group is a fast-growing property management company looking for a dependable Landscaping Associate to maintain our portfolio of residential rental homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work one day each week. You'll work independently while helping keep our homes beautiful and guest-ready.
### Responsibilities
* Maintain landscaping at approximately **10 residential properties** each workday
* Mow, edge, trim, weed, blow leaves and debris, and prune shrubs
* Inspect irrigation systems and report any issues
* Keep walkways, driveways, and entryways clean and presentable
* Remove green waste and leave every property looking professional
* Report any maintenance concerns noticed while on-site

### Qualifications
* Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred
* Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
* Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Professional attitude and strong work ethic
### Compensation
* $20–25 per hour, depending on experience
* Paid weekly (or biweekly, if applicable)
