Looking for a part-time maintenance technician to help with servicing a shopping plaza in Milpitas. Will be working under the Facility Manager. Must have handyman skill set and live within 15 minutes of the plaza. Job duties include, but not limited to, maintenance and upkeep of the grounds; communicating with me, the property manager; familiar with hydrojetting/power washing; basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and landscaping; familiarity with various tools and equipment; ability to work independently; must be familiar with smart phones and keep track of hours via smart apps; follow safety protocols. Big plus if knowledgeable about navigating security system equipment.
