We’re a small, custom cabinet shop in Hollister specializing in high-quality residential and commercial cabinetry. We take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering beautiful, custom projects from start to finish. Our team is small but dedicated — and we’re looking for a skilled cabinet maker to join us and grow with the shop.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a cabinet maker or experienced assembler who can work hands-on in the shop building projects from start to finish. Ideal for someone comfortable with tools, machinery, and building fine cabinetry with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble custom cabinets and components accurately and efficiently
Work with Lockdowel or other fastening systems (training provided if needed)
Assist with deliveries and installations as needed
Maintain clean and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with foreman and design team to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Experience in cabinet making or woodshop assembly required
Ability to read tape measures and blueprints accurately
Strong understanding of tools, materials, and woodworking processes
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Valid driver’s license a plus
CNC or Lockdowel experience a bonus
Pay:
Competitive, based on experience and skill level.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard shop hours. 830am - 430pm
