We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking General Building Maintenance Laborer
Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Assist with painting, cleaning, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks
Move materials, equipment, and supplies
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors
Basic knowledge of tools (MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS) and maintenance work
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Previous maintenance and labor experience preferred
Team player with positive attitude
